High-Pressure Nitrogen Generator

Our High-Pressure Nitrogen Generators offer first-rate efficiency with Nitrogen purities ranging from 97-99.9% and a peak operating pressure of up to 5,000 psig. Our superior design makes this system one of the smallest footprints on the market operating on production floors. Texas Compression Services’ quality components are extremely reliable, allowing for longer service operation.

Benefits:

  • Integrated Compact Design
  • Low operation cost
  • No hazardous storage/connections
  • Easy installation
  • Low gas generating cost
  • Nearly maintenance free
  • Exceptionally low dBa level
  • Fully accessible doors for simple maintenance

Our Membrane Generators were designed using the highly engineered system, with each highly efficient membrane module containing thousands of fibers. At one end of the module, compressed feed air is moved down the fiber bores, and enriched nitrogen product gas exits from the opposite end. Water vapor and Oxygen are then discarded and vented from feed air while it enters the opposing end. Our systems require less power to operate and lower maintenance.

System Features:

  • N-2 pressure up to 5,000 psig
  • Electric Motor-Driven Compressor & Booster, utilizing V Belt drive w/ auto tensioning system & belt guard
